This is a translation of the Portuguese text. If the two differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

This policy explains what personal data we process on the website festivaldeterror.pt, why, for how long and with whom.

01. Who we are

The data controller is APOCALYPSE — Associação de Teatro e Musicais, which organises the Festival de Terror under the Produções Imersivas brand.

02. The site

To browse the site you do not need an account and we do not ask you for any data.

• Visit statistics. We use a statistics tool installed on our servers to know how many people visit the site, which pages they view and which buttons they click (for example, opening a frequently asked question or going on to a ticket office). It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you across sites. The results are aggregated. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
• Browser memory. The site stores small preferences in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage), such as having closed the tickets notice or the state of the Remendo. This does not leave your device and is erased when you close the tab. The site does not use cookies.

03. Tickets and external links

Tickets are sold by Ticketline and See Tickets, and reservations are made by WhatsApp. These services process your data under their own policies. The site also has links to other sites (for example, Instagram and partners' sites), which we do not control.

04. Who processes data on our behalf

The data is processed by the festival team and by technical service providers who work on our behalf, only for the purposes described in this policy: hosting of the site (on servers in Paris, France).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

05. Your rights

You may, at any time, request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to geral@producoesimersivas.pt. We reply within one month. Where the processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it whenever you wish.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).

06. Changes

We may update this policy when the site changes. The date below indicates the version in force.

This policy takes effect on 20 October 2026.
